One Piece - Genga

Since I first wrote this description nearly two years ago, I have actually started watching this series, and I was instantly hooked! *_* The title combined with the premise is hilarious to me. In Japanese, one piece means dress; I'm not joking. I can totally see Luffy finally finding this whole "one piece" treasure, only to discover that it's a pink dress--with FRILLS. Lots and lots of frills. XD
Seriously, though, despite the funky art that can be a turn off for a lot of people, this series is excellent. It has a great plot line and lots of adventure and humor. After a while, you start to ignore the odd art and then even grow to enjoy it.
